Disputes between landlords and students may be resolved by the parties involved. In the event that a dispute is not resolved, the dispute should be escalated to Dzimba.net for review and resolution.
2. Dzimba.net reserves the right to terminate suspicious accounts with or without notice.
3. Dzimba.net will not resolve, compansate or be held accountable for dealings between users without involvement of Dzimba.net representative.
4. Dzimba.net reserves the right to escalate serious disputes to the Courts of Zimbabwe.
5. Dzimba.net will work hard to ensure that all users are satisfied with the service and the network of users.
1. Students and landlords who deal without the knowledge of Dzimba.net will not benefit from the security Dzimba.net offers when all dealings are done through the platform.
If and when a petty dispute arises, students and landlords may try to resolve the dispute and come up with a written agreement. If, however, both parties cannot reach an agreement the the dispute may be escalated to Dzimba.net
2. In the event of serious cases that involve rape, murder and other criminal offenses then affected parties should report straight to the authorities and a written report may be also submitted to Dzimba.net.
3. Dzimba.net may communicate with you via e-mail, text and through this website.
4. By default, everyone is subscibed to recieve news and updates regarding our change in terms of service or privacy policy.
