We are students. With that said, the worst experience of university life is finding accomodation. The hustle, running aroung, endless negotiations with landlords, roommates and paper work; it all make life unpleasant. Clearly this was a problem, a pressing issue but no one was prepared to fix it for us so we decided to fix our own problem. We are sure that using this platform, students are going to have a smooth life apart from assignments and exams.
Every other day new partnerships are forged - all with the aim of adding more value and convenience for our customers. We have grown organically by opening offices in key cities and inorganically through our partnerships. We encourage landlords to let us know of any of their properties they may wish to list. We go right ahead and make sure that by the next time a customer logs on, we have on offer what they want.
Most importantly, it's a team that has fun at work. It's a team that is close knit. Everyone is on a first name basis and it wouldn't be uncommon to see people exchanging hi-fives on small achievements. Office outings are a regular phenomenon and dancing is a must.
This helps us understand what we are doing wrong and what we are getting right. This feedback is invaluable for us. And we have you, our users, to thank for taking time off to write back to us. There are times when there are hiccups. It's a learning company, but we are learning the ropes like our lives depend on it.
Our website could have been way too fancy- pictures dancing around, texts bouncing back and fourth; we could have looked like a newspaper but that would have caused distractions. The simplicity of this platform makes it possible for users to easy find their way to exactly what they are looking for. We have made our design as minimalistic as possible to cut to the essence of the important detail.
Our platform also runs on fast and secure servers while our booking system is real time to avoid the headaches of double booking. We simply want the user experience to be enjoyable, unforgattable and insanely great.
We hope our taste in design and knowledge in tech will help us give users a good experience when they use our platform. If it doesnt, at least we do not want our platform to be so poorly design that we compete with school work in terms of experience rating.
